Who exactly is Alan Tudyk?

There have been many marvelous droids in Star Wars. There is C-3P0 and R2-D2. “Two Boots” will also be shown in “Maul”. There is one underrated droid, which comes in an underrated film: Rogue One. The droid’s name is none other than K-2SO. He is an imperial droid that was adjusted to help the Republic. Hence, he can be a fine undercover droid.

With that said, the actor that does the voice for K-2SO is Alan Tudyk. So, who is Alan?

Well, he’s been in a lot of films and shows. He’s quite versatile. “A Knight’s Tale” is one of my favorite films with him. “3:10 To Yuma” is also appealing. I wish that we could see more of Alan with K-2SO in movies beyond Rogue One. Unfortunately, he went out swinging. He tried to help Jyn and Cassian find the plans for the death star. He was gunned down by many storm troopers.

Alan isn’t going to win an Oscar for his work with Star Wars, but he will be remembered for his role. We’ve seen Andor have a lot of success. Thankfully, K-2SO makes a special appearance in Episode 9 of season 2.

I’m not opposed to see K-2SO brought back to life by engineers in the Republic. He was a fan favorite, due to his wit and brutal honesty. If Anakin Skywalker can be saved from Obi-Wan chopping his legs off and giving him severe burns across everywhere on his body, I believe K-2SO should be revived. Sadly, there won’t be a season three of Andor, which may not come as a surprise.
